Artist Introduction

Introduction and Experience
Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts (majoring in oil painting).
Currently serving as the Dean, Professor, and Master's Supervisor of the School of Art at Harbin University of Science and Technology, he has been invited multiple times to Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Russia for exchange and solo exhibitions.
Many of his works are held in museums and private collections, with collectors located in Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
Lin Xuewei is someone who loves painting to the core. During his four years of university, he spent every day in the studio except for eating and sleeping. In order to master the angle of painting, Lin Xuewei always painted standing up, sometimes for an entire day. He also learned the rigorous academic style at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, which created a solid foundation in art.
Exhibitions and Awards
The "Horse Series" was published in the first issue of "Chinese Fine Arts" in 2007.
"Female Nude" was published in the Art Newspaper in 2007.
Thirteen of his works were published in "Art & Auction" in 2007.
The paper "A Discussion on Teaching Methods for 3D Animation Design Course" was published in the 10th issue of "China Education Trends" in 2007.
Nine of his works were published in "Chinese Art Collection" in 2007.
In 2007, Lin Xuewei was featured on the cover of the fourth issue of "The Trend of Chinese Education".
His 2007 work "Winter" was collected by the Xiling Seal Society.
Five of my works were published in the ninth issue of "Journal of Journalism and Communication" in 2006.
His book "Techniques of Color Expression" was published in 2006 by Heilongjiang Fine Arts Publishing House.

His 2006 work, "Impression of the North," was collected in London, England.
The artwork "Clouds Drifting in from Afar" was published in the catalogue of the 3rd China Oil Painting Exhibition in 2003.
In 1998, four landscape paintings and seven still life paintings were published in "Master Landscape Art".
His 1996 work, "Ahn Jung-geun Assassinating Ito Hirobumi," was collected by the Heilongjiang Provincial Martyrs' Museum.
In 1995, five oil paintings were selected for the 4th Kyushu Art Festival in Japan.

Participated in the Hong Kong Chinese Art Exhibition in 1990.
In 1990, his work "SP01·Boat" was exhibited and collected by the Hong Kong Chinese Art Exhibition.
Exhibited in 1987 at the Heilongjiang Art Museum.
The artwork "Floating Clouds" was published in the third issue of Heilongjiang Pictorial in 1987.
The artwork "The Sun Is New Every Day" was published in the magazine "Fine Arts" in 1987.
In 1987, three of his works were collected by the Heilongjiang Provincial Art Museum.
