Introduction and Experience
Qin Zhenghui (b. 1982, China) graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Guangxi Arts Institute, where his early works quickly gained recognition. In 2005, Autumn Sentiment received the Excellence Award at the Guangxi Youth Fine Arts Exhibition, while Songs from Afar was featured in the Guangxi Artists Association Exhibition and later acquired by collectors. In 2006, Under the White Clouds was selected for the national exhibition Sentiment for the Western Earth, followed by the private collection of works including Lingering Dream, Spring, and Reminiscence.
Through delicate brushwork and restrained tonal elegance, Qin creates poetic visual worlds rooted in memory and emotional reflection. His paintings convey a quiet and contemplative atmosphere, transforming inner landscapes into serene and timeless imagery.
In the Peacock Princess series, the peacock becomes a symbol of purity, grace, and nobility. Brilliant plumage and luminous eyes dominate the compositions, evoking an atmosphere of innocence and dreamlike beauty removed from worldly distraction.
The Butterfly & Beauty series centers on the refined presence of women and butterflies, exploring themes of tranquility, spirituality, and ethereal elegance. Fluttering butterflies intertwine with weathered stone carvings and dragon totems, creating layered compositions imbued with stillness, mystery, and poetic distance.
