Born in Xi'an in 1964. Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Fine Arts Department of Capital Normal University in 1986. 1986-1991
He taught at the Beijing School of Applied Arts for many years. He is currently a professional painter, a member of the Beijing Artists Association, and a representative of the Beijing Artists Association.
Director of the Oil Painting Society and Director of the Chinese Painters Association. In 2009, he was recognized by the State Council as a member of the China Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Development Research Center.
The exhibition and research center is dedicated to artists specially commissioned for state gifts.
His work "Tiankelai" is in the collection of the National Art Museum of China, and "Bathroom" is in the collection of the Beijing International Art Gallery.
