Artist Introduction

Introduction and Experience
Born in Zhangpu, Fujian Province in 1978. He entered the Fujian Provincial Arts and Crafts School for further studies in 1997, and began oil painting creation, sketching, and research in 1999. He has a deep understanding of rural themes, ancient architecture, and Fujian Tulou (earthen buildings), developing his own unique style. He is currently a contemporary Chinese realist landscape oil painter.
Xu Wenyong was born into a rural family in Zhangpu, Fujian. His cheerful and innovative personality is a natural coincidence for an artist. His realistic rural landscape paintings show us another beautiful world that he has discovered through his unique artistic perspective. He has been unwavering in his artistic pursuits for decades, creating works that leave behind a continuous stream of "silent poems" and "songs of the soul".
